Jet Airways upgrade vouchers

  • Has anyone tried using these to upgrade a award ticket? I was wondering that if you are ticketed on a C award and at check-in they have space available in First will the accept your vouchers and upgrade you?

    I know that offically this is not allowed but it makes sense for them to accept these vouchers rather then let the seat go empty? Atleast they get these vouchers off their books?

    Has anyone tried this?

    Does this Citibank CC have an annual fee. Can you direct to me any website where I can read more about this credit card.


  • Even then airlines tend to frown on two class upgrades, upgrading award tix etc.

    I know, espically as it's to their suites. If possible this would be a great way to experiance their first. Will update this thread if I have any success.

    Yes it does have a fee. I think it's Rs3,500 a year. But you get a free o/w domestic segment upgrade every year. Click on this link (https://www.online.citibank.co.in/portal/newgen/cards/tab/jetairplatinum.htm)
