My parents in New York both received it - I haven't seen anything in Boston yet.
Is it only good on Business Class, or can it be used for First Class too? Is it transferable?
Resding the fine print, it appears to NOT be transferrable (and has my name printed on it) and good only on the Acela business class tickets. Tickets may be upgraded to first class upon payment of the applicable charges.

Anyone else get one of these? I wonder if it was a targeted mailing or mass mailing for everyone in the mid-Atlantic region.

A friend in NYC and myself (in Boston) have both gotten them. The friend rides Acela several times a year. I haven't since last summer.
